GENE W. PERRY

President, CEO - Gene began his career as a craftsman, working his way up through various levels of management including Trades Superintendent, Quality Control Engineer, Construction Field Engineer, Construction Site Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Construction Manager.  He joined DISA in 2001 after twenty years with the Bechtel Group of San Francisco.  In his last position as Vice-President of Bechtel Construction Operations Inc., he had HSE operational responsibilities for all projects in Canada, North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.  Gene also worked for Texaco and E.I. Dupont, holding various positions in construction and operations for refineries, chemical plants, nuclear and fossil power plants, mining projects, and pipelines.

LANCE HACK

Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer - Lance joined DISA as CFO in July, 2002.  He started his financial management career in the Acquisition and Private Finance Group at Dean Witter Reynolds.  His career has focused on turning around small cap companies and positioning them for rapid growth.  Before joining DISA, he was CFO of Iconixx Corp., a systems integration company.  At Iconixx, Lance completed a successful restructuring and recapitalization of the firm.  His career also includes serving as CFO for EnterpriseWorks LLC, where he played a key role in building the organization into one of Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 fastest growing U.S. companies.  The company sold for cash return in excess of 20 times investors' equity capital in three years.

Lance has a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from University of Virginia.

JEFF BOYLE

Vice-President, IT - Jeff joined DISA after eight years of consulting with Deloitte & Touche and Iconixx Corp.  He served as an IT systems and business process consultant, responsible for the design and implementation of solutions across a variety of industries around the country.  Jeff has an extensive career developing packaged products for software companies, as well as custom products for Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff received his degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston in 1994.

KAREN HESS, PHR

Vice-President, Human Resources - Karen joined DISA, Inc. in 1997.  She has over twenty years of experience in human resources, office administration, and employee training.  During her career, she worked for the U.S. Government, and with local and national multi-family property management and development companies.  She received her Certificate of Completion in Human Resource Management from Houston Community College System and her Certificate of Completion in Human Resource Management-Professional Development Program from Rice University.  In 2001, she became certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.  She is a member of the Houston Human Resource Management Association (HHRMA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

COLIN WOODS

Vice-President, Sales Operations - Colin has 10 years of sales management experience which includes a career with Kraft Foods.  He has been with DISA for over five years and is responsible for all aspects of the Sales Department including new business development and key account sales.  He played a lead role in the development and implementation of DISA's background screening services, and is instrumental in the ongoing success and expansion of the DISA Contractors Consortium.

Colin is a graduate of University of Kansas with a BBA in Business Administration.
