DISA Contractors Consortium "DCC"

DISA’s unique contractor compliance program, the DISA Contractors Consortium (DCC), serves the oil and gas and construction industries, and is the largest program of its kind.  The DCC manages contractor compliance through unique employee screening services for nearly 50 owners with multiple locations across the U.S. and abroad.  These owners and owner locations include both refinery and exploration and production operations.  The DCC is approved and mandated by more U.S. refineries than any other compliance program.

Over 5,000 contractor companies are managed through this program and DISA’s online system contains the records of literally hundreds of thousands of industrial employees.  The DCC is accepted by 78 refinery and chemical facilities, as well as 12 exploration and production operators in 33 regions across the U.S.  It administers the entire employee screening process according to owner-specific requirements which can include drug and alcohol testing (urine and hair), background screening, occupational health, and safety training.

This powerful program tracks contractor compliance at the employee level, which is then reported back to participating owners in the form of employee statuses. Once a contractor employee is screened and receives an Active Status in the DCC, they can go to work at any reciprocal owner facility or location, without the need for costly redundant testing. It ensures that all contractor companies remain compliant with owner requirements, as well as safety council protocols or mandates.
