DISA Contractors Consortium "DCC"

In the early 90’s, a group of union representatives, contractors, and owners created the first real contractors consortium.  This initiative was sponsored by COCA, a Construction Users Council in Maryville, Illinois.  DISA was chosen to manage this ground-breaking program whose success won the BRT Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness Award in 1994.

Serving the oil and gas and construction industries, the DCC offers owner/operators a way to easily manage and track the compliance of their contractor workforce.  DCC programs provide a cost-effective way to effectively manage risk and increase worksite safety.  These benefits result from sharing a compliant, substance abuse-free workforce from facility to facility, without the need for redundant testing.
