Thank you for all the support we have received here at Valero Three Rivers throughout 2009. I really appreciate the professionalism concerning contractor screening and in the answers to my many questions.
I found that working closely with DISA representatives during our Turnarounds with the random drug screens has made this a safer facility to work at. Having DISA here onsite during this time speeds up the collection and gets the contractors back at their worksite with the minimum of delay to work schedules.
One thing that I really like about the system is that a contractor may have tested for a different facility but can come in here and work without having to go and retest for this facility. This makes for quicker turnovers on our projects and shortens delays.
